A training course on “Effective Business Communication Strategies and Practical Skills” was held for employees of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency.

In cooperation with the Environmental Information and Education Center and the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency, a training course was held for the employees of the Nuclear and Radiation Safety Agency  “Effective Strategies and Practical Skills of Business Communication”.
The training aimed to strengthen the skills related to managing the communication process with customers, which will contribute to improving both internal organizational communication and achieving effective results in business relations outside the organization.
Within the framework of the program, the participants discussed: psychological foundations of communication;
types, levels and barriers of communication; verbal communication techniques - active listening, positive and business wording; effective use of non-verbal communication; service standards and principles; management of complex (stressful and conflict) communication and regulation of emotions; techniques for providing negative information without irritating the customer.
The training combined theoretical and practical parts. It is noteworthy that similar types of educational activities contribute to strengthening professional standards in the public sector and developing customer-oriented services.
